My daughter went to the beautiful, all inclusive Majestic Colonial Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, recently and stayed in this luxurious pink hued room. After seeing her photos I thought what better way to spend a Pink Saturday than to take a mini vacation along with her?
Unpack your bags in this luxurious and beautifully decorated five star resort room. Maybe you would like to take a soak in the deep jacuzzi tub to relax?
Or perhaps you would rather go out to your room's pink brick and tile private terrace and take a soak in the hot tub there?Perhaps take a dip in the resorts long and winding pool, the largest pool in the Caribbean?
Or perhaps, after seeing the beautiful beach and ocean water almost directly below your room's terrace, you decide to go down immediately to enjoy them?
Just look at the blue sky, turquoise water and the large expanse of pink sandy beach! Feel the warm and gentle ocean breezes and watch the palm trees sway.
Golf, snorkeling, para sailing, windsurfing, spa treatments, tennis, dancing, casino, or just relaxing on the beach, whatever you decide to do, this island paradise will melt all your stress away.
It definitely put a smile on my daughter's face!

I'll leave you with a couple of tropical pink sunsets as you enjoy your Pink Saturday mini vacation.
Punta Cana is really a gem of the Caribbean!

Looks like a fun vacation, Pat! I love the beach SO much. And as much as I enjoy the Atlantic, I prefer the Gulf beaches of Florida in terms of the actual "beach" itself. Nothing like that white sugar sand. It's gorgeous. The Dominican Republic is gorgeous, too.
ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday to you...
XO,
Sheila :-)
I have been to 45 countries and 20 Caribbean islands but I haven't made it to the Dominican Republic. This resort in Punta Cana certainly looks beautiful! At 65, I still have a few years left, I hope, but retirement has put a dent in my travel budget, that's for sure. Thanks to folks who, at least, share their pictures so I can journey vicariously if nothing else! Hard to get my toes wet in the surf, however!
ReplyDeleteCome about January I will find this post & sit in my chair in the sunroom & go "ahhhh".... The pics are fabulous!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday!
Love,
Marilyn

ReplyDeleteI'd LOVE to try that out. Just to see some clouds and possibly rain. Soo.....so pretty.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful place to relax. The room is gorgeous, but I'm afraid it would be wasted on me as I would never leave that beach! The water is breathtaking. Thanks for the virtual vacation. Kathy
