Happy Easter!

Beautiful Spring weather has arrived in New York City, and the forsythia is blooming on the Brooklyn Promenade.


The trees are blossoming, and daffodils and tulips are everywhere --  it's a beautiful time of the year!


I hope the glory and the promise of this joyous time of year bring peace and happiness to you, and those you love.

    Fabulous pictures Pat. We're still at our winter place in Florida and I know we're missing the forsythia, daffodils and tulips that are blooming at our home in the mountains.

    Spring has finally come. This has been a hard winter, especially for the northeast. I'm so glad it's beautiful there for Easter. Hope you and your family have a wonderful weekend.

    I've just been reading up on the Brooklyn Promenade link and loved how they say that the benches are comfortable! :-) It's so important to keep these green spaces within a bustling and great city like New York.

    It's so great to see such wonderful blossoms and blooms too.

    For Easter Sunday, I shall attempt to bake hot cross buns! Yikes!

    A blessed Easter to you and your family too Pat. I love the shot of the promenade. The one and only time we got to stay in NY for more than 2 days we were in Brooklyn Heights visiting an uncle. And the promenade was my favorite place that we visited. Beautiful photos, so glad that spring has arrived for you. Kathy
