Tickled Pink!

I had a completely different Pink Saturday post planned for today
but then I received the wonderful news on Thursday evening from
my son and daughter-in-law that the second child they are
expecting in March will be a

baby girl!

17 weeks sonogram

We are all tickled
pink!

Our hearts are filled with happiness,

our lives are filled with love,

because we will have the

granddaughter

that we've been dreaming of!

  8. What super news! A baby granddaughter – congratulations. I have looked through your back posts and was in admiration over your beautiful pictures, especially Yosemite Park. It brought back so many memories. I remember hiking to Hetch Hetchy Reservoir with my soon to be husband and seeing my first bear there (early in the morning.)

  32. Hello Pat, I guessed your PINK news. Big smile! Congratulations on the most wonderful news. A baby girl is coming, that is pink as you can get. Love your exciting news in this sweet post.

It is 1:30 in the morning and We just arrived home (my dtrs home in Jax, Fl.) from a Gator game. We lost bt three points in a real cliff hanger. Sigh! Tomorrow we head back to NC. A quick trip and tiring but it is always wonderful to see our family here in Fl.

It is PAST my bedtime and it is a good 9 hours to drive home in the am.

I'll probably dream of pinkie dresses and sweet little baby girls.
    Hugs, Jeanne
