Guess Who I Saw Last Night?

If you are a long time American Idol fan like I am you'll recognize this long-haired southern rocker from Season 4! He was in BB Kings Blues Club & Grill at Times Square and 42ND Street last night with his band, and he put on one heck of a show!

Of course, I am like a squeally13-year-old girl when I see him perform, so that "fountain of youth" feeling alone is worth the price of admission!

If you don't already have it, go and buy Bo's new album "SEE THE LIGHT", which is available as a Wal-Mart exclusive CD, and also for download on I-Tunes. He produced it on his own new label, and wrote or co-wrote all of the songs.

Hi Pat! How fun! I didn't start watching American Idol until the season when Taylor Hicks won, so I haven't seen Bo perform much. But they did have a little interview with him on Wednesday night where they showed some little clips of his new music, and it sounded pretty good. I bet you had a blast! Now, by the way, I am a total American Idol junkie. I've gone to see their tour the last two years. It's a lot of fun.

Hi Pat! It's a small world as they say! Bo is from a small town in Alabama, Helena. That is the the town that my nephew and his wife live in! They said the town was going wild supporting him when he was on American Idol, people even had parties to watch the competition! I love his music, he's so talented!!

Hey there!
I just saw a follow up with Bo Bice this week and this CD was mentioned. I thought he was great as a contestant and think he seems like a really great person too! You sound like you had a great time! American Idol and Dancing With the Stars are both my guilty pleasures. Jan@daylilylane

Coming from the UK I haven't ever watched American Idol to see any of the acts. By what you say though he sounds very professional. It's ages since I went to a concert, glad you had a great time. x

Wow, you lucky girl! My hubby and I were just talking about Bo Bice and wondering where he was "now." American Idol is one of my favorite shows!! Whose your favorite this year? I'm lovin' David Cook!

Woo Hoo for BO!

I was born and raised in the same town that Bo Bice, Ruben Studdard and Taylor Hicks are all from; Birmingham, AL. (Helena is a suburb)

Although a great deal of musical talent hales from here, I sadly am not one of the gifted!

Oh I love Bo too! Every year we go see at least one show taping of American Idol. The time I went and he was there I got to talk to him. I did ask for his autograph and he was so sweet. He said he would give it to me in a heartbeat but they wouldn't allow him to do so.

His cousin was there to see him and was staying across the street from where it was being taped. She came out as we were all getting ready to go in. She was taping the fans and what they said so she could show him. I got to leave him a message.

It was funny though because no one really thought she was really a cousin when she was out there. It wasn't until we were inside and he was on stage that he said hi to her and pointed her out to everyone durning a commercial break.

He really is a sweetheart and loves his fans.

Hugs,
Joanne
